Order processing times

Processing times for our unique and edgy harnesses vary depending on the size of your order and our current workload.

You can find the estimated processing time on each product listing. Please note that smaller orders may be completed sooner. This is just an estimated time.

All other items, such as accessories and jewellery items will be packaged as soon as proof of payment has been sent to us. 

Delivery & Shipping

The cost of shipping depends on the shipping option chosen at checkout. there are many shipping options available and all packages sent out will include a tracking number.

Shipping to and from Punk Pixie Bound will be covered by the customer. If an item is to be returned to have it repaired, the client will be responsible for these shipping costs. We recommend using a tractable shipping service to ensure that the item reaches us safely.

We highly recommend ensuring that you select the correct size and piece when placing your order. Please double-check your cart at checkout before confirming your order.

If your item arrives damaged, we may be able to fix it at a cost depending on the extent of the damage. However, we do not offer exchanges or refunds for damaged items. Please contact us with photos and details of the damage, and we will do our best to assist you.
