Punk Pixie Bound is not liable for a client’s failure to read or comprehend the provided product descriptions. Each artifact is detailed with precision; should any shadow of doubt linger, you must contact us for enlightenment prior to purchase.

All sales are final. We will not issue refunds for any misunderstandings or oversights regarding the product’s nature once the transaction is complete.

Due to hygiene purposes and the type of materials used to create our items, we cannot accept returns, exchanges or provide refunds for items that are made on order, ESPECIALLY HARNESSES AND SUSPENDERS WHICH ARE CONSIDERED INTIMATE WEAR.

Once your order is in process, the materials have already been marked, cut and set aside to complete.

There are certain situations where only partial ACCOUNT CREDITS are granted AND WILL BE AT THE OWNER’S DISCRETION.

Only regular priced items may be CREDITED. Sale items cannot be CREDITED. GIFT VOUCHERS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS CANNOT BE REFUNDED.

We DO NOT replace items THAT ARE damaged DURING TRANSIT. ANY DAMAGES SHOULD BE REPORTED TO THE COURIER COMPANY WHO HAD DELIVERED YOUR PACKAGE. If your item arrives damaged, we may be able to fix it at a cost depending on the extent of the damage. Please contact us with photos and details of the damage, and we will do our best to assist you.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an ACCOUNT CREDIT, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your CREDIT AMOUNT.
