The cost of shipping depends on the shipping option chosen at checkout. We have different shipping options available, and all packages sent out will include a tracking number.

If your item arrives damaged, we may be able to fix it at a cost depending on the extent of the damage. However, we do not offer exchanges or refunds for damaged items. Please contact us with photos and details of the damage, and we will do our best to assist you.

Shipping to and from Punk Pixie Bound will be covered by the customer. If you need to return an item to have it repaired, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the item reaches us safely.
