– Order processing times –
Processing times for our unique and edgy harnesses vary depending on the size of your order and our current workload.
You can find the estimated processing time on our home page banner. Please note that smaller orders may be completed sooner. This is just an estimated time.
All other items, such as accessories and jewellery items will be packaged as soon as proof of payment has been sent to us.
– Delivery & Shipping options –
The cost of shipping depends on the shipping option chosen at checkout. We have different shipping options available, starting at R65 and all packages sent out will include a tracking number.
Shipping to and from Punk Pixie Bound will be covered by the customer. If you need to return an item to have it repaired, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the item reaches us safely.
– Refunds & Exchanges –
Due to hygiene purposes and the type of materials used to create our items, we cannot accept returns, exchanges or process refunds for items that are made on order. Once your order is in process, the materials have already been marked, cut and set aside to complete.
We highly recommend ensuring that you select the correct size and piece when placing your order. Please double-check your cart at checkout before confirming your order.
If your item arrives damaged, we may be able to fix it at a cost depending on the extent of the damage. However, we do not offer exchanges or refunds for damaged items. Please contact us with photos and details of the damage, and we will do our best to assist you.
